If Brown wants it passed, he should campaign for it

An excellent piece on the New Statesman website, the author suggests that if Gordon Brown wants to get the European Constitution Reform Treaty passed, rather than forcing it through the parliament, perhaps he should be courageous and go out and campaign for it in a referendum.
