Leader of the UK’s second largest political party and leader of the opposition to Gordon Brown’s Government, David Cameron has called for a referendum on the European Constitution Reform Treaty.
The Conservative Party leader last night pledged to campaign for a referendum on the treaty, pointing to the pledge made by Labour in the run up to the last UK general election.
