"Today , Lucinda Creighton has exemplified what so many people in this country hate about Politics. Before we say anything more, we want to state that Libertas is calling on Enda Kenny to immediately explain whether he endorses Deputy Creighton's comments. We believe that he should immediately ask her to apologise, and publicly reprimand her. Instead of engaging in the debate on the Lisbon Treaty in any kind of meaningful way, she has decided to try, in a most amateurish fashion, to knee-cap her opponents. At this time, Libertas will not speak for Mr. McEvaddy, other than to say that he is somebody who has served his country with distinction as an army officer, and has been a long-standing and proud supporter of the party that now attempts to ruin his good name. |
